Free upgrade to the latest release of Hydroxpert Product is effected as per the license agreement following the product purchase. A registered user with legitimate license can contact Hydroxpert for product upgrade under the following conditions:
Purchased the product and own unexpired license
SIMAHPP users with product version 2.0 and above
Remote Simulation Service users with valid lease period of not less than 3 months. The upgrade covers the remaining valid lease period.
Upgrade request must contain the following information:
Product name, version
Date of purchase
Full name of the person holding the license
Company name and location
Email address of the person holding the license
Upon processing the upgrade request information, Hydroxpert will issue a new upgrade license information for eligible users. The upgrade license doesn’t replace the original license agreement following the product purchase. Users with expired license period, mainly Remote Simulation Service users, can also contact Hydroxpert for preferential upgrade pricing.
